Great townhouse. Clean and up to date. The beach is far. And the pool advertised is not the properties pool. I would absolutely stay here again I’m a frequent visitor of the island. I will be back
The beach view. But not the beach that you can attend!! You can see this from the bed in the master bedroom. It was beautiful to wake up to!!

Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again. The listing and pricing were misleading, and there seemed to be unexpected charges and restrictions that were not clearly communicated upfront. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property advertised for up to four people, yet I was charged for three “extra” people, including my 7-year-old child. I was also surprised to learn that guests were apparently not allowed. The most uncomfortable part of the stay happened around 9:45 PM when the host attempted to have my babysitter and guest removed from the property. This made the situation extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Between the additional charges, unclear guest policy, and the way the situation was handled, this stay was not what I expected based on the listing. After this experience, I will not be returning to this property.

Mo Bay done right

It was great the staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The location was great. Restaurants close by and just a few blocks away from the beach. The owner was really nice and helpful with things to do close by

The property is in a very convenient location. Close to shopping plaza, other resorts and beaches. It's a great property for families looking for more space than a hotel room. The property is clean and safe. Host is also very responsive.

We had a marvelous time in Montego Bay. The staff at Nianna Coral Bay was wonderful. We had groceries delivered, many rides and round trip airport pickup. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint would be no air conditioning in the main (lower) part of the condo. It made it difficult to be comfortable after a day on the beach, etc. Everything else was excellent.

If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. I spent the last 3 days there not getting much sleep between the heat of the room, the toilet running on and off even after being "fixed", dogs barking and fighting and the sound of jake brakes from the commercial vehicles on the main road. If you need a soft bed, don't choose this place, the bed is just barely softer than a floor. Then there is the tub shower combo you need to be very careful to get up and into. One wrong step and you could end up in the ER. Lastly, deadbolt is supposed to be secured. The one on the front door had the screws backing out which made locking it a challenge. I pointed this out to the maintenance guy and he acted like it wasn't a big deal. The pool was pretty and pleasant to spend time in and the gate gal was very friendly. The size of the townhouse was large enough for a larger group than mine. But I do not feel I got my money's worth with all the issues I suffered from at this place.

Property managers were very nice an accommodating. Only complaint would be that waiting 4 days for fresh towels isn't ideal for a family of 5 with small children. I think 3 days is good. My family took advantage of the chef services (EXCELLENT), everything was smooth. Groceries were prestocked and the chef was prompt. Only thing that would have made that experience better was if I new how much of the contents the chef was going to need because we purchased additional food but we had a ton left when we checked out because the chef didn't use everything that they prestocked. The pool equipment could use some updating my daughter almost fell through one of the chairs but having the pool as an option was great for my son he loves the water. Overall I am satisfied with our stay. Would stay again in the future.

Overall not too bad. The townhome is situated in a great safe area only minutes away from the airport and about five minutes from the beach and about 200ft from the local police department. The exterior of the home is gorgeous! My favorite is the onsite swimming pool which is above level, I really enjoyed that. The interior however could use some renovations namely the entire interior needs to be painted and the kitchen needs a complete makeover. If this place had the necessary renovations and a dash of more updated contemporary design furniture it would be 10 stars! Because.. the structure of the place is fabulous and spacious. The host is a really sweet lady who checks on you regularly and the grounds keeper was from attentive. Id love to visit again once the upgrades are made. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The linen policy was not accommodating such as change of sheets. However the staff were very accommodating and professional. Great location and peaceful. The facilities are excellent. My stay was very enjoyable.
