"The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member."

It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer."
