"I stayed three nights and they refused a noon checkout the next day telling me they would charge me extra if I wasn't out of my room by 11:30. Which I don't appreciate."

"This was our second time staying at this particular location, but our 10th APA. They've changed to an automated system from the last time we stayed and it was a bit tedious having to do the same process at each Apa location. The rooms are small (as most business hotels are) and the price is more than I would have liked to pay but at the end of the day its a good clean hotel in a convenient location."

"Continues to be a peaceful oasis from the bustle of Shinjuku. Beautiful aesthetic with natural pine wood tones and Japanese design. Rooftop onsen is soothing. Breakfast is crafted with care and night snack and drink offerings were an unexpected treat this time!"

"The only thing i can complain are the sheets and pillows of the bed. Comparing the perfect score i can give on everything else in this hotel. This is the only part that it lacks. You can leave all your toiletries at home, they even have that covered and not cheaply. "

"Good aiport hotel, very convenient especially if you arriving at terminal 3 and catching another flight tomorrow morning. Shuttle buses are avaiable to move to other telerminals. The room is small and decent (comparable to other Japanese hotel). And the breakfast is very good!"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
