"Check in staff during the evening was great. Staff in the morning was rude. Not bed bugs but other bugs like moths and spiders in room and bed. Bathroom shower was not clean and neither were some of the blankets on the beds. Not sure if it was tbe humidity but with the AC blasting it still was hot and humid inside the room and smelled like pee :(. Breakfast was fine and appreciated."

"The room was clean, but mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, hole in the bathroom door as if someone had punched it, musty damp room, food from a previous guest in the refrigerator and generally run down appearance were off-putting. It does appear they are renovating, though."

"The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."

"The stay was overall pleasant it is close to alot restaurant and shops. Great proximity to colonial Williamsburg. Staff are friendly and helpfult. The one downside was that there was a strange sharp noise coming from the maintenence closet in our room that would go off in the middle of the night. Otherwise it was a pretty good."

They then put me in a double queen room which honestly was probably better for the fact they only give you 3 pillows per bed even the kings so my wife and I actually got 3 a piece so that was nice. "Location was fine. Front desk people were fine. Room was big, it had working ac, bathroom clean and bed okay. Room very run down. Ac enclosed by drywall and unfinished wood. The closet did not have a bar to hang cloths, bathroom towel rack was gone and sofa looked dirty. It worked for one night but we would not go back. Breakfast minimal but helped us to have something before we were on the road."

"Nice hotel for the price. Many things we like included ample free parking, great central location, indoor pool & a free breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. A couple of things to note if you're a little bougie like I am- the bathroom vanity is one sink with one tiny strip of mirror so only one person could use the bathroom at a time.
