"We liked how nice our rooms were. One thing that we didn’t care for was how close the door was to our toilet, practically had to scrape the front of the toilet to open the door. Other than that, great experience and it’s close to the “triangle” for tourism. We never got to use the pool but it looked nice."

"It was a nice place overall, we booked a king size room but when they gave me they keys they didn't work. They then put me in a double queen room which honestly was probably better for the fact they only give you 3 pillows per bed even the kings so my wife and I actually got 3 a piece so that was nice. I loved the fact the rooms all have a old screen door and a bench outside of the room. The bathroom definitely could have used some improvements, my shower didn't have a shower rod it was in...

"Check in staff during the evening was great. Staff in the morning was rude. Not bed bugs but other bugs like moths and spiders in room and bed. Bathroom shower was not clean and neither were some of the blankets on the beds. Not sure if it was tbe humidity but with the AC blasting it still was hot and humid inside the room and smelled like pee :(. Breakfast was fine and appreciated."

"Clean and comfortable room especially after a long day at the local attractions. The staff was extremely welcoming and made our stay that much better - a true testament to southern hospitality. Their breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had at a hotel."

"The room was clean, but mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, hole in the bathroom door as if someone had punched it, musty damp room, food from a previous guest in the refrigerator and generally run down appearance were off-putting. It does appear they are renovating, though."

All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "It was terrible experience first of all the lady at the front desk was doing a favor on me letting me checkin was giving me rude response or felt like she just didn’t wanna be there at that moment no greetings no hospitality nothing and then she allotted me a room which wasn’t cleaned trash was full cups,cans thrown all over Bed wasn't cleaned had food leftovers on bed And it doesn’t ends here, then i went to front desk about to ask did she checked the room before letting me in she didn’t...

"SO much dirt in the shower. It was pretty nasty."

"The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."
