Well it would have been nice to have known ahead of check-in that the hotel was under renovations. We stayed in room 309 and there was this glue reasons smell permeating the floor. It was so bad I could taste it in my mouth. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I asked for a handicap room with a roll in shower, did not have that. They gave me a room with a tub with high walls and sat a chair with one leg shorter than the others to balance on in the shower. There was only 1 grab bar that was at the end of the shower and not helpful at all. For being a suite there weren’t enough chairs for 3 people for someone had to sit on the bed to be comfortable. Just was very unhappy with my stay and the attitude of the desk clerk there. Certainly won’t recommend this particular hotel in the future to anyone. And forgot to tell you it was so hot and steamy in the pool area we couldn’t stay in there. Plus workmen staring at us everywhere. You should tell people when you hotel is under renovations.
