They called back promptly, searched the room, couldn’t find them but promised to keep an eye out in case they went into the laundry. A day later, they called back to tell us they found them! "What a lovely area to stay in. We had a beautiful harbour view, and being right next to the skating rink made the experience feel magical. Visiting in December was perfect — the Christmas market right outside the door was to die for. Joey’s Restaurant is just below the hotel, and there’s so much to access only a fingertip away. The hotel itself is incredible. The in-house spa services were such a bonus, and truly, this has become one of my favourite hotels to date. I highly recommend it for...
