"This place is quaint but not super welcoming. The cottage was cute but not the comfiest beds. We didn’t get a code to check in and didn’t realise the reception would be unmanned. The continental breakfast was a bit odd - self service without clear instructions. Wasn’t all put out at 8am and then a girl came and brought some more things. Had to make our own coffee. "

"This is the Go Too, hotel to stop at the night before you fly. Everything from check in to check out works well. Straight onto the Skywalk means easy access to T2 and others."

"It had been a while since we stayed here, check-in was quick, smooth, and the receptionist gave clear instruction and advised we'd get a bottle of wine as VIP, so we booked a table in their restaurant and said we'll have the wine with our meal. We went to our Tower suite, unpacked and went to relax a little on the sofa to find a few stains on the seat cushion, so didn't make use of the sofa.
