"Isabella and her husband are a delight. Smiling and super kind. The residence is basically a 60 m2 apartment divided in 3 in-suites. Each with individual wc/shower. On my room there were snacks, coffee machine and chiefs. Television and AC. Thank you ! "The room was clean and enough space, the only complaint is they don’t offered any drinking water neither free or to be purchased so make sure you bring your own. They offer lockers for luggage when arriving early so that’s a plus. They locked us our second night bc of some mistake in their part but once cleared we were okay again. I will stay here again."

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. The place itself charming and very roomy for our family of 5, but the logistics of checking in and having to leave our luggage in another area for a couple of hours until check in time paired with the struggles of actually opening the doors with the key, and most of all, the LOUDNESS of being right next to a busy street (it was very loud in the morning), it is not the most convenient stay for a family with young kids. Our host, Paulo, gets a special mention for always giving us his attention and assistance during our stay and also before we arrived by WhatsApp which was very reassuring.
