"Clean Room, Helpful Staff"

"Wow what an incredible hotel in Aguas Calientes. From the outside it’s quite unassuming, but inside, the room is spacious, modern and perfectly clean (basically spotless). So so clean! Simply incredible for the price. The gentlemen at the reception was so nice and helpful with everything I needed, and even carried my luggage up 5 floors. "

"Excellent service, large King bed, good bathroom/shower with plenty of hot water, laundry nearby, and optional takeaway breakfast in the morning if you're leaving early for the Machu Picchu trek."

"This property is located is walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. There was no air-conditioning in any of the rooms. However, the weather was splendid, so it was actually not needed. The staff was incredibly kind and generous. There’s also a laundromat right across the street. A little pricey, but after."
