"This, by far, was the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed at. Chairs scraping on hard floors, every footstep on the open staircase, loud music, carrying voices, slamming doors. Just the worst. The room did not in the slightest look like the pictures. It was a stuffy, tiny room with no window to outside; rather, it opened to some kind of shaft that allowed no fresh air. "they meet guests at the train station , this is great they offer delivering luggage to the train station which is great. it is possible to have lunch after checking out between the return from Machu Piccu and the train, which is great"

Nice hot shower with strong water pressure. Great location, close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and options to eat. Only troubles: there was construction going on right in front of the hotel, so if your room is facing that direction you will hear the noise during the day. Also the windows aren’t soundproof so you can hear everyone...

"We stayed at this hotel while visiting Machu Picchu, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is located at a higher elevation in Aguas Calientes, which makes carrying luggage there quite difficult. I asked the reception if they could assist with luggage transportation, especially since several other hotels in the area offer complimentary luggage transfers, but they were unwilling to help. "Super cool bed and breakfast! The staff was awesome and incredibly attentive to us. Be prepared to climb some serious flights of stairs but it is worth it for the views of the rooms buried in the jungle on the side of a mountain!"

"The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. However, they only spoke Spanish, which made communication quite difficult for international travelers who do not speak the language. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but better English communication would greatly improve the guest experience."
