"We enjoyed a comfortable room. It was clean and tidy. The view outside from the balcony room is beautiful, overlooking the river and small park. We were missing water bottles in the room and they were able to help us right away. The staff member who was helping during breakfast was very friendly and everything was delicious at the breakfast buffet. We recommend the fruits, specifically the mango, and the croissant!"

"Staff was amazing and kind! They picked us up directly from the train station and escorted us to the hotel and helped bring all our luggages us the stairs. Breakfast was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Located in the heart of Aguas Calientes with mountain view. Bed was comfortable, shower water was hot, and WiFi was fast. Staff also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and explore. Very accommodating and warm people all around. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Great location; staff is accommodating and very pleasant. We liked the tea selection in the lobby- nice touch. Everything worked. We could hear the sound of the river when we opened the window- relaxing. It’s walking distance to the hot springs (we were not impressed by the hot springs), a multitude of restaurants, and the train station."

Nuestro último día estaba sin funcionar el ascensor, y quisimos tener check out tardío y por dos horas más eran ~100 USD, me pareció algo excesivo."

"Room was clean, no frills and hot water goes out sometimes for a minute or so but Eddie was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and Eddie cooked. The man was doing it all."

"Clean room excellent and helpful staff location is right near the train station if you are looking for a quaint room on a budget this is your location. I am a vegetarian so we ate away from the hotel for breakfast due to lack of options market and restaurants near thank you staff for a wonderful stay it was much appreciated!! Also we could store our things for the day after check out …BONUS LOVE MACHU PICCHU!!!"

"Room was good. Shower was large, perfect for after trekking. Property is well located near plenty of restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Breakfast was great, served fruit, ham and cheese, pastries, choice of eggs and quinoa pancakes. Only one thing would be that the hallways are very loud, any conversation can be overheard easily, so if thats a concern for you .. "

"Modern, clean room. Nice breakfast included. Staff was kind and exceptional. Location was fantastic with a wonderful view. Toilet has issues but very normal for the area. Very affordable. The location and the staff made this a place to return to!"

"Horrible experience, the place adjacent to the hotel was under construction and were drilling and pounding to 1am, staff was approached and they were like if it was normal, not a care in the world. We had to go to the municipality ourselves to have them intervene and have them stop."
