"We stayed in the hanging glass capsule. What an adventure! However, safety was top priority. Views are amazing. Property is family owned and Eddy, one of the owners, was on site as well as offered zip lining or hiking. We were greeted with local drink then dinner and breakfast were delicious. The capsule has a jacuzzi with unreal views that we took advantage of! Capsule accommodates up to 4 people and is a unique experience Highly recommend for the adventure seeker. "

We had valuables in the room and our check out was expiring. We rebooked and messaged the hotel. They took care of everything. When we returned all our valuables were secured. "The property is close to the main plaza which can easily be reached with a 5 min walk. Rooms are simple but clean and nice-European style. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire visit. Beds were nice but very firm-if you like soft beds you may want a different style hotel. But I found them to be comfortable. WiFi is accessible throughout the property and reliable. "

"It is in the San Blas area so there is a walk uphill to the hotel. Streets and sidewalks are narrow which is why the neighborhood is unique which also means that you will need to go meet any tour vans. In our case someone always came to the hotel and walked us to the meeting points. Taxis and Ubers went right to the hotel. Just a 10-minute or so walk to the main plaza. Plenty of small fun restaurants in the area. If you need laundry done, then do it through the hotel it was cheap. They...
