"Great location; staff is accommodating and very pleasant. We liked the tea selection in the lobby- nice touch. Everything worked. We could hear the sound of the river when we opened the window- relaxing. It’s walking distance to the hot springs (we were not impressed by the hot springs), a multitude of restaurants, and the train station."

"Room was good. Shower was large, perfect for after trekking. Property is well located near plenty of restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Breakfast was great, served fruit, ham and cheese, pastries, choice of eggs and quinoa pancakes. Only one thing would be that the hallways are very loud, any conversation can be overheard easily, so if thats a concern for you .. "

"Room: It was clean and comfortable. I’m 5ft and it was more than spacious for me ! The locker is right near you so need to worry about having a locker imo. The bathroom was also clean and accommodating. Staff: The staff was amazing ! All four of them. Both receptionist were very helpful during my stay. "We enjoyed a comfortable room. It was clean and tidy. The view outside from the balcony room is beautiful, overlooking the river and small park. We were missing water bottles in the room and they were able to help us right away. The staff member who was helping during breakfast was very friendly and everything was delicious at the breakfast buffet. We recommend the fruits, specifically the mango, and the croissant!"

Nuestro último día estaba sin funcionar el ascensor, y quisimos tener check out tardío y por dos horas más eran ~100 USD, me pareció algo excesivo."

I am a vegetarian so we ate away from the hotel for breakfast due to lack of options market and restaurants near thank you staff for a wonderful stay it was much appreciated!! Also we could store our things for the day after check out …BONUS LOVE MACHU PICCHU!!!"

"Modern, clean room. Nice breakfast included. Staff was kind and exceptional. Location was fantastic with a wonderful view. Toilet has issues but very normal for the area. Very affordable. The location and the staff made this a place to return to!"

"Internet was a bit spotty at times, but good enough to stream videos. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and respectful,l. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The restaurant in front can get noisy at night after people start drinking. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers. The blackout drapes are nice, and hot water runs without any issues. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby and you can skip all the stores if you walk on the outside street next to the hotel."
