"Spacious rooms! Modern touch with traditional Japanese feel. Customer service was excellent. Allowed us to leave our luggage there while we explored the area, even though we had checked out earlier, free of cost! Also when we picked our luggage back up, they we kind enough to help us track down a taxi, while helping us with our luggage. Definitely coming back to this place! "

"Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend Recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. I must say the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived around 11pm due to a delayed flight and lengthy train ride. The hotel was extremely clean. The front desk lady was able to help me figure out how to get to Sumoto on Awaji Island, which made the day trip much easier. The view from the hotel room was very nice as well. Hotel is well situated with the subway below the hotel as well as having a grocery store in the basement which was extremely convenient. We were also about a 10-15 minute walk from where most of the tour buses meet up as well, an added bonus. Room was on the small side but it wasn’t a big issue as we were out and about most of the time. I have friends going to Japan in February and I’ll be highly recommending this hotel to them. When I return to Japan I will definitely be staying at this hotel. "

"The breakfast area messed up on our count, we went back to the front desk to explained the situation, the manager who passed by overheard the conversation and walked us down to the breakfast area to walk us in. Love the location, staff, breakfast variety. We stayed for 4 nights and missed breakfast 2 days. If we knew from the start how great their breakfast was, we would have not missed it. I got to make my own ramen, iced matcha latte, and they even have a Takoyaki station. "
