"I had a really nice stay here. The room was larger than I expected, and I had a nice view over Lower Marsh. I didn’t get much of a chance to explore the area (work trip) but spent a little time in the bar and found it to be a pleasant space with good service. The only issue was the air con not working properly, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. "

"Great spot near the West End. The staff, especially the concierge were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The 60 foot gorgeous indoor pool was a wonderful addition!"

"Excellent location. Steps away from national gallery and Trafalgar Square. Lots of food options. Easy to get to and from LHR by the tube (7minute walk from Leicester Square station). Room is small but the very nicely kept and very clean. Coffee shop serves some breakfast options but around the corner is a Pret a Manger which makes for extra convenience. Would definitely stay again!"

The concierge and bellman also outstanding! I would stay again as it’s in a perfect location. The only thing was the lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter.
