"Room was clean and had plenty of room which made things comfortable. The grounds were kept up very well as grounds keepers were seen actively. Parking spots are a little tight but plenty of spots. Breakfast is continental style which I wish had more options."

"The exterior definitely needs a coat of paint, which had me a bit apprehensive, but the inside of the room was very clean and comfortable. The room turned out to be a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and two beds. The room and bed were comfortable with an A/C heater combo that could be adjusted (a bit loud but effective). We had a good night’s sleep! "The only nice thing I can say is the room was clean. Light in bathroom kept coming on. Bathtub, but could only take a shower. Bathroom sink was in the bedroom area. No closet for clothing just hooks. "

"Room was clean. Booked the Premium King room with Lanai. Upon check in we were given a premium room but it did not have a Lanai. When I asked where The Lanai was they said it was the name of the room and if I wanted a patio you have to reserve a room that said Patio. For a Polynesian branded hotel I assumed a Lanai was a patio so just a heads up when booking. Overall the staff were great, the food was decent and it’s a nice hotel.
