"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’d definitely return. The room was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptional—attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. They even went above and beyond by placing a dog bed and dog bowl in our suite for my chihuahua upon our arrival."

"We loved this hotel! It is a beautifully maintained old hotel right in the middle of Palo Alto, walking distance to everything. The hotel rooms were comfortable and very clean, with great beds. "We booked a king sized bed , when we arrived we were shocked to see what looked like a full. The room itself was also a lot smaller than photographed. When we asked about it the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and gave us attitude. There wasn’t even enough space for our luggage without stepping over it . "This is truly just a “place to sleep” kind of hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was meh, but it wasn’t really why I stayed there anyways. One very important thing to note for light sleepers - request a room on the top floor.
