"Great rooms, exceptional toilets with fully customizable bidet functions. Our first room was too elevator-adjacent but they moved it with no issues! Excellent restaurant downstairs. Super nice and accommodating staff. Good location."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lucent. Cassandra checked us in and was super helpful. We didn’t spend much time in room because we came here for a concert. We like getting our steps in so we walked into town, which was super cute. We also walked home from concert and we felt safe. We enjoyed the late check out so we slept in instead of getting up for breakfast. "

"This property was clean and updated. Good value and close to restaurants on California Ave. Only negative is that it is that the water temp is dangerously hot. I'm surprised if no one has scalded themselves. Was very tricky to get the shower to a comfortable, safe temp. Otherwise, a good stay in a clean nice room. "

"Even though it's an older property, the room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly. However, I was able to connect to the free wifi but it was so weak that I couldn't use it. Disappointing. I was given a hang tag for the room door to hang if I wanted it cleaned. I hung the tag but when I got back late I discovered the room had not been cleaned. Also disappointing. But overall, it was quiet and comfortable so it was ok."
