"Terrific location. Very nice property. Clean and great rooftop bar. Did not appreciate the resort fee but that’s NYC. Have stayed here many times. Lots to do nearby and easy subway access to everywhere."

"The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel. The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "The air conditioning worked but no way was the temperature reading accurate - I was unable to achieve the temperature I was hoping for. The shower head also left something to be desired. However, location was great. It was clean and safe. No frills."
