"The hotel has a serious problem with housekeeping and cleaning, disconnected employees. The first day we were given a great room because ours for some reason was not ready, and while it had a great view, there was no running water in the sink and we were given a twin bed but we were 4, not 3. One of us managed to sleep in a sofa, but since some blinds would not go down and the sofa was not really comfortable, we barely slept. Some curtains were ripped off and mostly all are dirty. "We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!"

"A great property in an amazing location! Room was clean, modern, and had the best view of any hotel I’ve stayed at in NYC. I took off one star because the check-in process was a nightmare and most of the staff I interacted with seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The waitress I felt with in the restaurant spent more time on her phone than she did actually helping out the customers. Other than that I loved the property and would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel space is nice. The wait for the elevator was outrageous. We waited easily for 15-20 minutes each time we needed to leave or return. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic regarding this issue. I asked the concierge to help with reservations prior to arrival and she was unhelpful and neither communicated nor responded to my emails without several follow up emails asking for a status update. We waited for 30 minutes for the car and our luggage. The car returned to us dirty both...
