"Thank you for your hospitality. Whilst I didn't actually interact with any of the staff or use the pool. My stay was everything I needed. I arrived after the office had closed and the instructions on how to get my keys were easy to follow and I had no problems accessing my room. "Quest Palmerston is an amazing place to stay (especially if you have a dog). The rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the location is close to everything you could possibly need in walking distance. "Hallways outdated and smell damp. Room’s smelt damp too. Unsure if aircon needs flushed? Shower drain may need cleared as the bathroom floor basically floods with water very quickly. Room bins also weren’t emptied, had previous guest luggage tags still there, just places doubt on everything else. Bed was comfy, staff were lovely. "
