"Thank you for your hospitality. Whilst I didn't actually interact with any of the staff or use the pool. My stay was everything I needed. I arrived after the office had closed and the instructions on how to get my keys were easy to follow and I had no problems accessing my room. I checked out before the office had opened, but again the process to drop off the keys was easy. The room was tidy. I enjoyed the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap for the shower. "How would you feel if you drove more than three hours after a heavy 8 hour shift so you could wake up refreshed and catch a 6 AM flight only to be woken up after 2 hours by horrendous loud plumbing noises "

"First room was next to permanent drunk bogans with both AC units not working. replacement room didn't have a working key card, and the pool is empty and has 200+ cane toads in it. horrible !!!"

"Location was close to the CBD and an easy walk to the bus terminal. Our unit was very spacious and clean. It was also excellent to have the full kitchen and dishwasher. My daughter, grandkids and I were delighted that we chose Argus for our stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"This would be our 3rd or 4th stay at Argus Hotel,Sherherd st. Darwin The staff are very smily and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Unfortunately the bed wasnt as comfortable as our previous stays. The air-conditioning is super effective The laundry is very handy The location is close to all we need. We will definitely stay again"

"It was a nice place to stay. There were only a couple of things that went wrong, the TV kept disconnecting from the internet and would not work on WiFI, I had no hot water for one day without notice, and the shower head was leaking from where the hose connecs to the shower head and the glass door didn't close properly."

"The room and ocean view were lovely, bed & pillows comfortable, however the property had a horrible damp, moldy smell that was in the rooms and hallways. The smell was unbearable and should be addressed. "
