We had a fantastic time staying at the Quest. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. The staff gave exceptional service. I would recommend this hotel. It was so close to where my Aunty lived so it worked out well.

The location as fabulous. Two minute walk to the Bus Depot, Palmerston Shopping Centre which includes Coles and Target. A 3 minute stroll to Palmerston Markets and the Oasis Shopping Village. Five minutes walk to McDonalds.

The property is great and staff are friendly. There is a shopping centre within walking distance that is really handy. My only issue this visit was the outside noise at night. We were on the 2nd floor so this might not have helped. It is close to where my sister lives so very convenient. Have stayed here a few times and will again on my next visit.

Quest Palmerston

Plenty of room, and good room facilities. Staff interaction was minimal but very helpful. Secure parking. Some outside noice at night but overall a good place to stay overnight.

I liked the security of having an electronic keycard to access building, elevator & room. However i did not like the few small cockcroaches in my room across my bed, nor the noise from the 3 distinct different dogs I could hear during my stay within the apartments (2 were to the bottom right of my apartment balcony & the other above). Not very conducive to sleep when recovering from redeye flights & hectic schedule. Overall a comfortable room for a short stay.

Missing general information

Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to where we needed to be. The only downside was there was no information provided on check-in. No wifi information provided, no instructions or infortmation about pool, restaurant, etc. There was also none of the usual hotel information in the room - there was a QR code in the elevator to order from restaurant, but nothing in room to order. There WAS a QR code in room to download an ap to search for hotel information - but I personally prefer not to download unnecessary aps and expect teh hotel to provide the necessary information.

The property is a bit dated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were not particularly helpful, providing limited information on checkin and unable to answer questions about the carpark. Also, the safe in our room did not work and needed a new battery, but the reception staff didn't know how to do it. They advised that maintenance would come and sort it out the next day. They did not, in spite of follow-up queries. In any case, the safe was not secured, so was not a good place for valuables!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was friendly, and the apartment was beautiful. Would have been nice with sun beds around the swimming pool, and that the training studio was better equipped.
