"Helpful freindly staff, always prompt when asking for help. Spacious enough room for family of 4. Everything in Yulara is within walking distance, otherwsie the shuttle bus is very handy. Best time of travel in Sep-Oct before the centre of Australia warms up too much"

"Moved here after staying the Hilton for a work event, definitely loved the relaxed vibe of this place, nice and quiet and would have preferred to stay here over the Hilton as more homely. Would definitely stay here again"

"Decent place, not a lot of options in the area."

"Room with 2 queen beds - good for 2-3 people. Beds were comfortable. A/c worked well, had hot water for shower. Getting to the room from reception and bus stop for mobility impaired is a long walk depending on the room- (golf cart drop off by the resort would be helpful). There is help with moving luggage to and from reception if you request. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"The location was perfect ! The hotel outside pool area was fabulous ! Staff very helpful and friendly."

"Clean room. Very friendly staff. Loved the pool, cafe & rooftop bar. Would stay again. Highly recommend the Zen."

"The staff member at reception who checked us in (he was the team lead I believe ) was very well mannered and helpful throughout our entire stay and after leaving also posted my daughter’s jumper that was left behind."

"Was an enjoyable stay, breakfast was amazing and was included in our room rate. Only downside is we were charged for a breakfast and getting a credit for this is turning out to be long winded, emailed and no answer, phones and told it would be in our account within 10 working days and here we are almost a month later and still no credit so I have to phone again. I would expect more from The Hilton Hotel chain, other than that little hiccup I would definitely stay again."

"location, staff, was just what the doctor ordered."

"Disappointed no Caffe for breakfast."

"Amazing buffet breakfast"
