"Staff was amazing"

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. First off, this hotel is very modern. It was sooo quiet during the day and especially at night. So much options for eats/dining surrounding the hotel. The beds and the overall room was amazing. Zero issues! Very pristine and clean all round. Parking was not bad. The breakfast was above average and did not disappoint. Hotel personnel at the front desk were very welcoming, always smiling and treated us well. Out of all the numerous hotels in the area...

Our room has always been so clean neatly made bed fresh towels literally can smell the cleanliness on sheets and towels. Staff extremely helpful and friendly always have went above and beyond for us. "I booked this hotel on 04/11/26, My room number was 307 first of all the checking process was done I don't even know how to explain it but it was done basically where you use a computer screen to communicate with I guess somebody in India there was nobody at the front desk so I had to check in that way My room was on the third floor the elevator was out when I got to my room, room was clean linen look fresh, if you ever went to waffle House that's the way the floors felt they're slippery feeling...

"The front desk did not open till about 10 o’clock and it closed earlier around nine 10 o’clock at night. Staff was rude. The room was dirty. The blankets were dirty. They were broken things in the room. The whole floor I was on smelled like drugs and smoke I would not recommend this place for anybody."
