Hotels near Pirates Bay Water Park

"Not a good place for elderly or disabled people their beds are too high. They only had one handicap room that had a king bed no double beds for for people that need two beds that are handicap or disabled. No bars on the bathroom tubs they commode in the room that I stayed in was too low. It was very hard to get up and down. I’m a disabled person. I couldn’t take a bath for two days and I had to sleep in a chair for two days. They need to get more space and cater to more handicap people. I know when I got there there were handicap people already there because they were handicap places were taken up so they just need to do more for that."

"The valot staff was excellent. Fatah was amazing. He deserves a raise and was such a gentleman. His ci workers were also great. They are polite and personable with their clients. Great work by their staff."

"The location is great and their shuttle service and valet staff were extremely helpful. Front desk personnel pleasant and accommodating. The food was surprisingly good but the “room service” is basically food delivery in plastic containers. "

"Hotel was great. Staff was incredible from the moment we arrived until our checkout! On arrival there was only 1 elevator operating which made for a 15 minute wait to get to our room. This was fixed by the next day and we never had another issue. Bartender was very friendly and remembered us over our stay. I definitely recommend staying here. Especially if you are here for convention or Astros game. "

"Property is very clean. The staff is attentive and very courteous. The pool is very nice and big. My only issue was that the lift to get someone in a wheelchair into the water did not have the battery to operate it installed. It took about 40 minutes to finally get the battery installed ands working. At the end was able to go for a swim and enjoyed it. The manager and the handyman were very attentive and apologetic. I appreciated their efforts. Overall, i would stay again at the property."

"The room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were outstanding and we always love the lazy river and bar! Only small complaint is the elevators are loud maybe just because they are old! Otherwise fantastic hotel and will definitely be back! "
