"Unfortunately the Pool had several leaves and was not clean. I advised the staff and they stated someone would come down, and the did not. Seeing the infinity pool online is one of the reasons we came. The restaurant breakfast buffet wasn't enjoyable, most of the food was not fresh, hard and unable to chew."

"Location of this hotel is good. It is downtown and close proximity to Daikon Park and Toyota Center. The valet drop off pick up area is very confusing super busy at a very busy intersection that would be my chief complaint and of course, like most downtown towns of major cities, homeless people and people under the influence of certain substances make you feel a bit uneasy of going out once it gets dark not very amenities. You have free coffee, free water, which is great. They also offer toothbrushes and shoe covers razors, etc. at no additional cost."

"The lady in there was really racist she saw all of me and my friends who was black sharing a car get out to stretch because we just got off the plane and would not let me check in when she thought everyone was staying. Then I explained they not staying we are just sharing a car she still didn't car she was tellingmy friend to shut up she don't have a say and wasn't trying to give my money back she was just really nasty I couldn't believe it..."
