The highlight for us were the friendly and helpful staff in every department from checking in, to the bar staff, breakfast staff and those in the Spa. We were very impressed, you choose your staff well, 1st class. We really enjoyed spending the day in the Spa, excellent pool. "

"The hotel is in a good location , near the train station and surrounded by great bars and restraunts next to the canal . The hotel is very clean , the rooms are beautiful and the staff are excellent ! The sky bar is a must visit , the views from there are amazing ! I would highly recommend the breakfast 10/10. "Stayed in a two bedroom suite, with balcony. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of available facilities. Greeted by very welcoming staff and given an overview of the hotels general facilities. Honesty bar was a first for me, with plenty of beverages to choose from. Parking was fully booked, but it was easy and fairly cheap to park on main road right outside hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. "
