Our one-bedroom suite was super nice, clean and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was great, the living space was well laid out, and everything was thoughtfully maintained. The location is very good, convenient for getting around Leeds city centre, shopping, dining and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good rest. What really stood out was...

"Room clean and well maintained.Usual expected standard of most Rooomz hotels. Apartment well provided with microwave/ oven grill. Washer. Dryer, fridge with freezer compartment .kettle, cutlery pans plates etc. Shower cubicle small but bathroom ( no bath) good design and condition. Negative points, dryer would not dry clothes, it did try. No net voile in window.Open curtains gave good view of road junction from 1st floor room, like being in a BIG SCREEN"

"Lovely hotel , nice room , very good breakfast and although a limited menu the food was excellent. Most of all the staff were amazing , nothing was too much trouble , friendly kind and efficient. The downside was how cold it was in the dining area. Will definitely return."
