"Staff was decent there is an additional $50?deposit ( best to give cash you’ll get your deposit back when you check out) They have cameras everywhere. My upper door latch was broken. The room was clean the bed is comfortable the rooms are outdated a bit but comfortable . The sofa sleeper is outdated also there is plenty of parking. Location is good you are around lots of eateries, grocery stores and dollar stores . It’s conveniently located off the highway"

"Bathroom was nasty. Karen’s was hanging the window wouldn’t close roaches crawling in the bathroom. There were no clean towels. It was a horrible experience."

"When checking in and service rep states they will call when room is available never received a call chexk in was at 4pm got there a 4:30 but couldnt get into the room until 9:30"

"I booked a King Suite with them it was supposed to have a mini fridge and microwave but it didn’t. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, I was told she didn’t know why the room didn’t have one it could be because they are remodeling. I proceeded to tell her well that was the purpose of me renting that room and she told me the reason why my room was so cheap was because of the renovations. My response was the reason why my price was so cheap. It’s because I am a member and I had key cash."

"These rooms are way overpriced.This motel should be $50/nt. I showed the clerk my pre-paid reservation and gave him my ID. He went off to the side for longer than normal and comes back and starts punching in numbers on the credt card machine and gives me a receipt to sign. Problem is I never gave him a credit card or debit card because I'd already paid, so I don't know who's card he charged for $112.xx but it wasn't mine. Maybe because he spent an unusual amount of time away from the window, he got mixed up with another customer. Nevertheless, someone should have unauthorized charges on their card. Now back to the filth. This is definitely a 1 star MOTEL!! There is nothing LUXE about it! Filthy from the outside to the inside. The red and black carpet is disgusting with white spots. The bed!! OMG!! The bed didn't fit inside of the frame. There was a huge gap between the headboard and the mattress. The boxspring or whatever the mattress was on was bigger than the mattress itself. There was no real blanket for the bed. Whatever it was, it was just as thin as a sheet! Definitely gives crackheads and prostitution; Trap motel vibes for sure!! Straight gutter!! Throw the whole thing in the trash! This was a complete waste of money. I didn't last an hour. I ended up going somewhere else where I felt comfortable enough to actually sleep in the bed and feel safe!! "

"As my first hotel I have ever booked in my entire life, I'm really glad that I didn't experience any of the nightmares some people who make bookings make. My room was simple but very nice, and I didn't have any problems with things being stained or anything. I had a AC unit in my room to get to a temeperature that I like. While I think the pillows were a bit small for me, I was very comfortable on the bed, and more than I even expected. I also apprrciated the variety of options for the breakfast, yogurt, sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, juices, coffees, and etc. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay "

"This is the worst place to stay if you ever come up north of Illinois do not even stay around this area the town of Harvey or any surrounding cities. Is all nothing but gangsters, crime, very high crime. It even tells you this if you look it up. It'll tell you to go to neighboring cities for your stay that you shouldn't even stay at this hotel for a leisure visit. That's pretty sad. And then since I didn't know that and I tried to cancel, I did not get to cancel cuz they said that I had a no cancel. Which I did not so I did not get my money back on this room. I had to go to oak Forest to get a room at the Holiday inn Express. Which was simply wonderful. But I sure wish I would have known about the quality inn in Harvey Illinois. Before I ever paid for that room. The area is not safe."
