"My overall from the check-in point was cringe 🙃,not due to the staff or facility but the guest that was checking in,although he was still trying to pay for a stay he oom before you pay because they will give you thing and he then started to verbally abuse the staff that was checking us in which was awful. Although my reservation was paid in full I was now considering canceling my reservation after a long flight of finally being able to come home from service my jetlag was now in full control...

"Our stay was outstanding! We had to check out early from a different holiday inn due to an unhappy stay to be overly impressed with this Holiday Inn off Frontage Rd. The hotel room and lobby were very clean and smelled clean! Thank you Toi for a wonderful breakfast that was full and ready! She was very attentive and helpful to my five children! "Nice place for the price. Liners were clean, room was acceptably clean. Manger was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was middle of the road, but again it was great value for a cheap room. Location is good on the edge of a nice residential neighborhood and a few blocks from food and shopping on Cicero Avenue. Overall a great value for under $100 in a nice and safe area of the south suburbs near University of Chicago hospital. "
