"Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel mainly because it advertised “theme park transportation included.” To avoid any confusion, I called in advance and was assured there was transportation to all Disney parks—Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios—and even Universal. "Everything was so fast and easy, the only thing is I found a sock in the room. The cleanliness could’ve been a bit thorough but still everything was nice."

"Except for the lobby, the hallways, elevators, rooms are all very dated. My room and entire floor had a musty smell, like wet rug type of smell that was not pleasant.
