They had amenities that indicated thoughtfulness to travelers such as takeaway toiletries. The shower was really nice, and there was a much-needed washer and dryer. "My family had a great time at this place. The apartment was bigger than expected. It was very clean. It has amazing views with a lot of natural light coming in. It’s right off the river, about 25 min from the airport, and has a tram stop basically right outside. I would highly recommend!"

"30 degrees ac did not work properly. Long waiting time at only elevator that I could use, due to the fact, that staff members were using it non stop. Cars parked close to the entrance and breakfast terrace had their engines running, so I had to enhale all their exhaust gases. Slow service during breakfast. In general, nothing that gives you an impression, that you are in luxery hotel. Mandarin Oriental is my favourate chain, but this time it was very disapointing."
