"The staff working when I arrived were very sweet and they even wanted to make sure I got my points for my stay. The property and room were very clean! I only stayed one night, but had zero issues and felt very safe. Location is amazing too! Very close to Millenia Mall and surrounding food/shops. There’s also a Wawa in the same parking lot/plaza and it’s very convenient. Would definitely stay again!"

"Breakfast was great. Poolside seemed comfortable. There were a few areas of the room that were broken but not the biggest deal. Overall great property to stay for a short trip. "

"We had gnats in our room and it smelled like weed so bad. I think maybe it was the people under us? I wish there were a hot tub on property and the splash pad area is lacking stuff for kids less than two years old and it was extremely cold. The rooms were overall clean though and very nice and spacious. "

"Room was clean and it was very close to Universal Studios. There is a free shuttle to Universal. I was told there was an airport shuttle by a staff member and then told there isn't one. The breakfast is absolutely terrible. They need better hot and cold items. There is an IHOP right next door. Parking seems plentiful although I wasn't driving."

"There was one specific front desk person who was amazing, he always greeted us with a smile even when we had to reset our keys like 1,000 times. He made our stay worth it. If you have an electric mobility scooter their shuttle to universal will not be able to accommodate it. Luckily with them being so close to the park it was okay to just drive the scooter itself to the parks. Just know you will have to figure something else out for transporting it to and from the parks :) They have one...
