"The hotel is in a great location. Restaurants, Shops and Universal Studios theme parks are nearby. Unfortunately the breakfast was not the best, the waffles were premade and soggy, the eggs were bland. We stayed for 8 days, the breakfast was not tasty and repetitive the only thing they changed was waffles to pancakes and sausage to ham. Some silverware was not washed properly. Overall, the coffee and the orange juice was the best. The pool provided some water toys and floats for kids to play...

"Hotel not on the level of the brand. Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Creek and it is a 1,000% better. The reason I’ve chosen that location was the distance from universal studios and my previous stay in Coconut Creek. Breakfast is bad, accommodations are bad compared to the other place with the same brand. Wouldn’t return."

"Upon check in the staff member didn’t do the best job of explaining amenities. Maybe it should be printed out and given at check in. The retro vibe was really nice and unique but seemed a bit dated in the room . The bathroom vent didn’t work and there was a musty smell. The pools were great and it was extremely convenient to get around Universal properties."

But only one elevator worked and the staff was short handed at night, so buying anything from the little snack area took almost 40 minutes in a line.
