"In the description it stated self parking included, washer and dryer. There was no parking. We had to park in a structure 10 + minutes away at an additional $10 cost. There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers. My husband had to look at the washing machine and noticed it was not hooked up to...

"I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment, but it looked fresh.
Had a coffee but was luke warm, could not be warmed up as it was from a machine.
Staff super helpful when I requested to move to a bigger room. Manager was very helpful too.
The only thing that let the hotel down is that the walls and floors could be thicker, a family that were staying seemed to let their children run free, up and down the corridors! Was annoying.
Could not hear the traffic noise at all. Aircon was nice....

"This is an affordable hotel for a family short stay, clean, appears to be recently refurbished, located in a muslim neighbourhood near a mosque not far from the city centre. Friendly staff. It doesn't have a parking place but they gave us a spot to leave our car overnight. It is good in general if you are looking for a cheap family room for a night or two."

"Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order.
Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. The standard double bed was very uncomfortable as it was combination of 2 beds joined together leaving the gap in the middle. Shower was flooded and toilet flush buttons not working properly. A bit dissappointed."
