They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. The included breakfast had a menu to choose from with a variety of options. The pool was also empty of people nearly the entire time I was there; so I was able to swim and float in solitude. It was really the retreat I needed. "

"Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night."

"The problem was the bathroom, would not flush properly and we had to keep extra water collecting it from the shower. The bathroom design needs some improvement, either you place some electric connections inside the bathroom or a mirror outside so you can fix your hair and look at it. Bigger counters are needed inside the bathroom sink area and shower area."
