Hotel Dekat Dataran Ceviche

"Super accessible parking. OXO and 7/11 within walking distance. Safe area. Large heavy metal bar door with security code needed at the entrance. Another large wooden door you can close to the 2 suites all of these on top of your own door to your actual suite. Keys in a key lock. Very detailed information and instructions. 20ish minutes to the airport. Lots of food and shopping close by. They answered my questions immediately and were very accommodating. Super clean and modern."

"This was a great stay. Very large suite. Pristine and the bed was so comfortable. It was so helpful to have the kitchen for heating up leftovers. Staff was friendly and I was so happy that they provided excellent customer service when I had questions."

"I had a good stay at Villa Sofia! Roberto was a genuinely friendly host. It's a very small hotel so it feels a bit more like a hostel, which I loved. The shared kitchen was a very welcome and practical amenity, especially that there is a supermarket nearby. Some minor inconveniences, by example there was no hot water and the issue was only fixed on the day of checkout. Although Cancun is very hot this time of year so I didn't mind the lukewarm showers. "Good place to stay"

"Un lugar muy tranquilo cómodo céntrico limpio y muy atentos. Nada malo que decir. Cuando vuelva a cancun seguro volvería a hospedarme ahí."

"The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. Communicating with the hosts Sandra and Andrea was effortless, responding to my queries quickly and with useful recommendations. And the breakfast was not just a roll and coffee, but a full, hot breakfast! The location was convenient, within walking distance to Las Palapas, many restaurants and shops. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you, Sandra and Andrea."

"Amazing! And they offer free filtered water!"

"Todo muy bien, ubicación muy buena, buena limpieza y muy tranquilo el lugar"

"Me gustó mucho la ubicación muy bonito ambiente muy acogedor"

"Buena"

"The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, the experience was good. However, the biggest downside was the water, which had a very bad smell and made the stay less enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this issue and improve the water quality. With that improvement, the experience would be much better."

"Cambiaron la habitación porque ya estaba ocupada la que teníamos"

"Todo bien muy reconocidados"

"Okayish location, helpful staff though"
