"we booked this hotel the day of and were so pleasantly surprised! the property is so cool and the room was super cute! my only complaints were that the room probably could have used a good vacuum, and also that there was extremely dim lighting by the sink/bathroom."

Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going...

"I spent two quick days in Portsmouth and I lucked out by staying here. The apartment style room was comfortable, clean, and quite its big. The service was excellent. The location was the highlight because everything I needed (coffee, cafe, seafood, shopping) was close by so I save a lot of travel time. It left a great first impression so I’ll be back for a long stay next time."

Bar is great fun. We spent the 4th of July there.Although the main Boston fireworks could only be partially seen- there were fireworks popping off all overBoston and the North Shore so there wasalog to see. Also, parking was convenient."

"Check-in is late - at 4pm - all of the shops in the area are closed by the time you are settled. Opportunistically, you are charged an extra $25 for an earlier check-in - something most other hotels do as a courtesy. The rooms are small and dark and overlook a parking lot. There is very loud construction in the parking lot. The room was unclean. Parking was an extra $35. Very disappointing stay with my daughter after expecting a lovely experience. Fell far short."

The bed pillows and comforter do not leave the impression of cleanliness. The hotel has a coffee and tea station but they had half and half that was past the sell by date and curtling. The only other option was almond milk, which was puzzling. I reported the trouble by text message as this was the only way to communicate. The response took several hours...

"the hotel was under construction so the mark I give it is appropriate. the staff was very helpful including the person at breakfast time which due to construction, finding the area was a bit strange
My real criticism was the hardly eatable breakfast. Cold waffles yuck!. Tired scrambled eggs also yuck. Bacon so salty you could hardly eat it. there were only two pieces left and I could not eat them. Yogurt was good so was the fresh sliced fruit.
