My husband and I arrived early and were able to check in with no problem. The options for parking were clearly explained. We chose the municipal garage, as it is directly across the street. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. All staff, and especially Terry at the bar, were fabulous. Checkout was easy. We feel that the price for the location and service is a good value. We will return to this hotel when we stay in Portsmouth.
