"The staff was friendly, they were flexible with my check out time and I could charge my car. Very disappointed they could not use real dishes. They say people were throwing the dishes away but I don’t buy it, only the cheapest places use disposable dishes. They were compostable but everyone just threw them in the garbage. Using a dish washer would better reflect their level of service and would not cost a lot of money. Any cost savings is not worth the mountain of garbage created."

"Luxueux, propre, moderne. Le seul bémol à notre séjour est que l'espace public sur le toit n'était pas accessible en raison de travaux de maintenance. Nous avions un peu choisis cet hôtel pour l'espace du toit alors c'était un peu dommage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour malgré tout et le personnel était très professionnel. Proche d'un quartier de restaurant et du train pour les déplacements, très pratique."

"We arrived at the hotel off a cruise ship around 9am - well before the official check in time. However, the staff allowed us to move in to our room immediately: a kindness much appreciated by my wife who was feeling rather unwell.
While she rested, I found much of interest as I wandered around the neighborhood and was impressed with the quality and scale of amenities there.
With the SkyTrain station only a block away, I think this would be a great base for visiting Vancouver."

"We had a minor issue with our stay (ie. the blackout curtains weren't working which sucked for getting our toddler to sleep) but the staff were extremely responsive and apologetic. Otherwise, our stay was smooth sailing! Cozy bed, nice facilities. The hotel strikes me as older but they've done a good job of upkeep. Lots of yummy food options and groceries nearby."
