"Great location near public transport. Friendly/helpful staff. My only problem was the bath was quite deep and hard to get in/out of for showering; an age thing but something that others need to be aware of. Other than that niggle, would not hesitate to return."

Breakfast is available cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit etc. Again we have always found breakfast adequate. Parking at the hotel is £5 for the night and again we have always been able to get parked. "Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in.
