"A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me. "Staff were all so helpful. They made us feel so welcome. Facilities are great. Only complaint was the boiler in the cupboard was on and the pipes were hot, which made the rooms very warm. Other than that, it was a great place to stay."

I liked filtered water station on the floor, staff check in forgot the free drinks we had in our boking and needed to eb reminded, could've been a bit friendlier but would stay here again.
