"Great location and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room itself was ok, a bit tired and in need of a refresh, it was clean and the bed comfy. I’d say breakfast wasn’t cooked to order purely by the speed it appeared, it was standard English breakfast, though felt one rasher of bacon and one sausage was a bit of a poor show, when you generally get two of each of those items elsewhere. "The room i had booked wss not ready at the dtated 3pm. We were in hurry so said we would take a different one. The check-in was otherwise easy. Our room was modern with a king size bed, a small seating area, a fridge ironing board and tea tray. The bathroom had a big shower and was pristine. "

"Amazing stay, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and en-suite. The lodge is detached from a large house but there is dedicated access and the location is perfect! Just round the corner from Heaton Park, which is a lovely bonus. If you want some autonomy and the ability to cook, this is fantastic, one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot."

"I was in a standard room. Felt safe, slept well. Modern bathroom, very good shower. Surprised no mini fridge - staff confirmed standard rooms do not have fridges. Air Con wasn’t working. Breakfast was plentiful, good selection of hot and cold, though quality is standard, not luxurious . Staff at reception and in breakfast room were excellent. Nothing too much trouble. "

"In general hotel out of date. No central heating. Electric heaters in the room. In a bath in 2 taps hot water - no cold 🙄😀There was at least 3 inches of dirt on the window ledges on the stars. Breakfast mini portions and one glass of juice. Max 1 star hotel. 1 star for clean room. Never again. "

"I recently stayed at the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa for one night (11–12 April) and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, making for a relaxing stay. One small downside was the bathroom — the sink doesn’t have a mixer tap, so the water runs very hot, which was a bit inconvenient.
