"Stayed in the accessible king room. Aside from space to navigate around, this room was not designed with a wheelchair user in mind at all. Could not reach the hand soap, nor see in the bathroom mirror, and the towels were high up above the toilet. There was what looked to be a drying line in the W shower, but again you could not reach it as a wheelchair user. The tub clogged and would not drain as you used the shower. There was black mold lining the bottom of the curtains. The bed was clean and linens were as well. For a one night stay if you’re an able bodied person or have one accompanying you, or if you’re an ambulatory wheelchair user, it’s fine. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here."

"The hotel offered us all the amenities that we needed. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a great location as it is walkable to restaurants and a small shopping mall. Near the airport, with a great shuttle service. I would certainly stay again."
