"It ain’t what it used to be, in terms of service quality and overall cleanliness. Sandals and water are not provided and breakfast selection is limited. Way overpriced considering it’s a $300+ per night hotel. Should’ve offered a lot better experience."

"Great comfortable stay. We did a staycation with my son. He loved the pool us not so much it was freezing!! Also, if you don’t stay on the casino side you are not supplied robes in your room so the travel to and from the pool was not fun when wet, we didn’t find out till after our stay about the robes. We paid for parking so the travel wasn't too far as we had a child and can’t walk through the casino."

"Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. I got a complimentary upgrade and was surprised by the layout of the room that was basically a loft. Only downside was AC cooled down the downstairs and luckily the fan worked upstairs but it was still a bit warm. Other than that, the location was great, and the resturant besides it was pretty good."

"This is the ghost of a 4 star hotel. The sign of negligence and aging is everywhere. But I highly appreciate the staff for their friendliness and welcoming attitude. They are doing their best. But the owner/management should think about renovating the property. People are paying good money."

"The room was small and cramped. The carpet in the room smelled extremely bad. The bathroom was small and the toilet was kid sized. If you are more than 4 feet tall you will have an annoying time using the bathroom. They charged us 350$ a night. For this price you would expect a clean hotel. Note that this is not a mistake of the housing keeping staff, the property itself is in a bad condition. The carpet in the room was probably washed about 30 years ago. The staff were helpful but that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel . Breakfast options were limited"

"Clean, comfortable rooms but a little noisy at times in the evening given proximity to Vancouver airport. Front desk staff was very efficient and responsive but not overly friendly. Perhaps not a totally fair comparison given we'd just came from a long stay at a similar hotel in Tokyo. Also, apparently there's an unwritten rule at this hotel that if you leave your room after 11AM you may not have your room cleaned unless you call the front desk. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Airport shuttle service and driver was top notch!👍"
