This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, convenient to all the things I needed before a flight (restaurants, shopping), plus a free airport shuttle and the delicious hot breakfast was better than I expected. This was a good find!

Very disappointing stay — not 5-star quality. The hotel looks nice and the bed is comfortable, but the 1-bedroom design is poorly thought out. There is no proper bathroom door, so odors easily spread into the room. The shower is dangerously slippery with no grab bars, which is a real safety concern ...
