"Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!"

"One thing is clear at Citilike Hotel: nobody is in charge. Constant noise from employees.Staff congregating and talking loudly all day.There seems to be no sense of order here.Very loud.Also the room was dirty."

"Unable to find accomodation, no signage, address leads to a different hotel. Walked blocks and blocks around mapped location. No response from property. Frustrating in the heat with a small child.
Never had this experience anywhere, no effort from homestay to contact myself when check in did not occur."
