"Two things for improvement: 1. The hotel asked us to input passport and credit card information beforehand for online checkin in a website that cannot be verified. This made people very uneasy about information security. However, the hotel replied that the online checkin was elective, but this was not stated in the email. 2. The instant heating water dispenser in the room could only deliver a fixed volume of 200ml at 27 and 98 degrees only. This was quite inconvenient. There was no way to...

"I hardly write review but I must say this is the Best hotel so far with reasonable charge in Singapore. So attentive to detail. Finally a hotel that doesn't put work table right under blower and freeze me all the time. Good bathroom design and water pressure, quiet and nice, polite staff, fast check in, free breakfast with so much choices and much nicer in taste/healthy than normal paid breakfast. Bed and pillow is firm, all just make my stay so comfortable vs other budget hotel! "

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
