"Liked location near NAS, clean, well lite. Didn't like (1) NO TOP SHEET (2) Breakfast sausage gravy flourery and pasty (3) Rooms (2) Carpet wet, musty, with a smell of disinfect."

"I hate to write negative reviews. But the main issue with the room was the overwhelming scent that permeated it. I spent the night coughing, reacting to it. I was to be joined by one of my kids the following day who is extremely allergic, and I knew that we could not stay there. The front office said that they could put me in another room without a room deodorizer, however, the smell would be bad. I asked what that meant and they said it was because it has a very old building smell. They kindly gave me a refund for the remaining nights I was to stay there. I will say that the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The actual premises have a remote feel to it. I never made use of the restaurant, etc."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room they tried to put us in smelled horrible and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The next room did not have the amenities I needed but it had a bed. The bedding had a dirty boot print on it. Their “breakfast” is stale fruit loops … literally nothing else. 2 days there wasn’t even milk. No one at the desk seemed to even care. The pool, you can tell is never cleaned, and forget hot water in the shower. A plus, AC worked great! We asked for extra towels for our room and they gave us 2 dark stained old towels. And never had towels in the pool area. I would never stay here again!"

"The only reason I chose this property was for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub didn’t work. It had hot water in it but no operating jets. This was disappointing to say the least. The pool was quite dirty with bugs and such. The best part was no one was in either besides us. 3 lounge chairs and maybe 4 others. If you are looking to book just for these 2 amenities I would t suggest it. Our room was great. We had a king room. Only thing missing was a coffee maker but the coffee provided as well as breakfast was great. The front desk did not ask how our stay was or acknowledge the inoperable hot tub which were both disappointing"

"We really enjoyed this stay. Price was perfect. The reservation process was simple, guest portal easy to access and had information on everything we needed. Guest service available by phone and text. I had a question and response was essentially immediate. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable, air temp setting perfect and AC quiet. Great location with public beach access. Would definitely stay at this property again."

"It was clean and picked up. It was a little more beat up than it looked in the pictures. The frig was old and really scratched. The beach and the view from them balcony were great. I asked for maintenance because one of the rooms storm shutters would not open. They never came in fixed in the 5 days we were there. Stop at the condo and check for things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc…. We stopped prior and bought some and didn’t need it. We left a bunch of it behind."
